Allyson Wells

Allyson (Trayah) Wells, MPS, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Onboarding & Business Training in the Professional Products Division at L'Oréal, where also fulfills the role of Biolage Global Brand Lead and is part of the Division Management Committee. Prior to this, Allyson held the position of Assistant Vice President for Global Marketing at L'Oréal. Allyson has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology and pursued studies at Babson College. Early career experiences include roles as a hairstylist, assistant, and receptionist at The Salon on Haven, as well as counterwork at Dunkin Donuts.
