Brendan Leach

Brendan Leach is an accomplished illustrator and educator with extensive experience in the field of illustration. Since May 2013, Brendan has served as an Associate Professor and Chair of the MFA in Illustration program at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where additional roles include Faculty in writing comics and drawing, as well as Acting Chair of the MFA in Illustration. Brendan has also operated as a freelance illustrator since 2008 through Brendan Leach Illustration. Prior to this, Brendan contributed to Montclair State University as an Adjunct Professor from January 2015 to December 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts, obtained between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Arts from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, completed from 1999 to 2002.
