Philips Mccarty is the VP of Advancement and Executive Director of the FIT Foundation at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Prior to joining FIT, Philips was the Executive Managing Director at House of Taylor, where they were responsible for Entertaining Good, a company that provides entertainment and corporate brands with strategies to promote their cause and social good missions. Philips has also served as a Strategic Advisor for Good Amplified and as a Co-Founder for Entertaining Good. In addition, they are the Founder & Advisor for Good Scout Group. Prior to their current role, Philips served as the Vice President of Corporate Alliances for ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Philips Mccarty has a BA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Mississippi and an MS in Communication from Mississippi College.

Philips Mccarty reports to Joyce F. Brown, President. Philips Mccarty works with Catherine O'Rourke - Interim VP Enrollment Management and Student Success, Keith Heron - Director, Athletics and Recreation, and Laurence Baach - VP, Information Technology and CIO.
