Rabiuł Isłam has extensive experience in fashion design, currently serving as a Senior Designer, Clo-3D Designer, and Fashion Designer at Fashion Step Group since August 2017, focusing on the Brands - Bestseller (JDY, VILA, Name-It) and Bestseller India, as well as online market intelligence through CLO-3D development. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Designer and Product Developer at Islam Garments Ltd., collaborating with major brands such as Walmart, Bestseller, and H&M, and gaining insights into international market trends and production techniques. Rabiuł began as a Trainee Designer at Indochine Textiles (BD) Ltd., acquiring foundational knowledge in menswear, ladies' wear, and kids' garments. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Fashion Design and Technology from BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology and a Higher Secondary School degree in science from the College of Development Alternative.
