Leah Decker

Leah Decker (Valenti) currently serves as the Lead HR Business Partner at FASHIONPHILE, a position held since November 2019, following roles as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, Leah gained valuable experience at GKN Aerospace from June 2014 to October 2019, where responsibilities included serving as a Human Resources Aide and HR General Clerk. Leah is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at California State University San Marcos, with studies ongoing since 2016.
