Abhijit Raikar is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Head of Operations at FashionTV India since January 2024. With over 20 years of global expertise, Abhijit specializes in food and beverage operations, business development strategies, revenue maximization, and the pre-opening of various hospitality establishments. Prior experience includes a role as Head of Operations for The Irish House Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd., overseeing operations across 21 outlets in India, as well as serving as Area Manager for Mirah Hospitality, leading brand openings in Mumbai. Abhijit's career also includes significant positions at Manchester United Cafe Bar, where responsibilities ranged from Cafe Manager to Operations Manager. Abhijit holds a Diploma in Hotel Management with a focus on F&B Service from St. Sebastian High School.
