Laura Bradley

Laura Bradley is an Associate Solicitor at Fasken Martineau LLP, specializing in corporate and finance legal services for clients in the energy, oil and gas, and mining sectors since September 2009. Laura is involved in various aspects of corporate and commercial law, including M&A, finance agreements, and shareholder matters. Prior experience includes a role as a Trainee Solicitor at Howard Kennedy, where Laura completed training in Litigation and Project & Trade Finance, and as a Credit Analyst at Europe Arab Bank, focusing on credit due diligence. Initial experience was gained at the Royal Bank of Scotland in the Credit Documentation Department. Laura holds a distinction in the Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School and a first-class honours degree in Commercial Law from the University of Westminster.
