Fassa Bortolo
Valentina Coran has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in personnel selection and development. Currently serving as HR Referente Selezione e Formazione at Fassa Bortolo since July 2017, Valentina focuses on employee selection and organizational development. Prior to this role, Valentina worked at FIAMM as HR Development, where responsibilities included personnel selection, training, and reporting. Valentina also held a position at Luxottica as part of the Human Resources team, managing personnel selection, training, and welfare projects. Earlier experience includes roles in marketing and personnel selection at Concentro and SISTEMAZIENDA, respectively. Valentina holds a degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from Università degli Studi di Padova.
