Prior experience includes leading the research and development of AI-based assistants at TikTok, serving as Principal Data Scientist at DIRECTV with a focus on machine learning model development, and managing data analytics teams at AT&T, contributing to revenue optimization and customer experience improvements. Zane's educational background includes a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
