Dee Kane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, facilitation, and organizational design. Currently serving as Design Team Lead and Facilitator at TPC Leadership, Dee consults on complex organizational challenges globally. As a Core Group Facilitator at Chief, a network for executive women, Dee creates collaborative environments for female leaders. With over 15 years in executive coaching at The Fast Forward Group, Dee specializes in working with C-Suite executives and high-potential leaders. Additionally, Dee operates a private coaching practice, enhancing clients' career journeys through personalized coaching. Previous roles include leading curriculum redesign for Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and providing career transition services at BRAVANTI.
