Katherine Shappley

Katherine Shappley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and operational roles. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at The Fast Forward Group since January 2024, Katherine focuses on elevating performance and fulfillment in both professional and personal spheres. Katherine also acts as an Advisory Board Member for Nav.it, which aims to promote financial well-being. Previously, Katherine held various senior leadership positions at Meta from 2010 to 2023, where responsibilities included Vice President roles across multiple business divisions. Earlier career experiences include senior positions at Microsoft, Quigo Technologies, MSNBC, and teaching Business English for multi-national corporations. Katherine's academic background includes a BA in English Literature from the University of Mississippi, a Diploma in Journalism from the London School of Journalism, and a CELTA certificate.
