Brian Baustian

Brian Baustian has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brian is currently the Director of Onboarding, Organizational, and Leadership Development at FAST Global Solutions (WASP Inc.) since March 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the Principal at Capturing Excellence Consulting Group LLC starting from September 2017. From February 2015 to February 2018, Brian served as the President of Thawzall LLC, where they were responsible for manufacturing hydronic/ glycol ground heaters and large forced air Flameless Heaters. Before that, they worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at Douglas Machine Inc. from June 2014 to February 2015. Brian also served as the Chief Operations Officer Consultant at Consolidated Equipment Group from July 2013 to June 2014. Brian'swork experience also includes a long tenure at ITW Heartland, where they started as General Manager in November 1994 and worked until May 2013.

Brian Baustian attended Bemidji State University from 1974 to 1978. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree, although the specific field of study is unknown.
