Jared Spindler has a diverse work experience in the engineering, product development, and product strategy fields. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Design Engineer at Arctic Cat until 2007. Jared then joined Crestliner Boats as a CAD Design Manager from November 2007 to May 2008. Jared briefly worked as a Program Manager at CNH from May 2008 to July 2008 before returning to Arctic Cat as an Engineering Product Team Manager from August 2008 to October 2017.

In 2017, Jared joined Textron Specialized Vehicles as the Director of Product Strategy for Snowmobile & Off-Road until December 2019. Jared'sresponsibilities included defining product strategy, overseeing product planning and execution, and tracking market trends.

Currently, Jared holds the position of Vice President of Engineering and Product Development at FAST Global Solutions (WASP Inc.) since April 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Product Strategy, where they facilitated the stage gate process, tracked market trends, and ensured customer satisfaction.
