Craig Allman has extensive work experience in the engineering and operations fields. Craig most recently served as the Sr. Director of Product Engineering at Navitas Systems, LLC since May 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Operations - Government, Aerospace, Defense Division at the same company from December 2017 to May 2021. Craig also worked at Ultra Electronics as a Program Manager from December 2012 to November 2017, where they developed solid oxide fuel cell power systems. Additionally, they held positions at Eaton Aerospace and Eaton Automotive, where they managed product engineering activities, led engineering teams, and successfully launched multiple projects. Craig began their career at G.T. Products as a Senior Product Engineer, providing design and development support for fuel limiting vent valves and leading cross-functional project teams.

Craig Allman has a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Roberts Wesleyan University. Craig also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In addition, Craig has pursued further education in the field of Energy Systems Engineering at the University of Michigan College of Engineering, where they obtained a Masters of Engineering degree.
