Leslie G. Gillin is a seasoned executive with a robust background in marketing and business development. Currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at Pagaya since September 2021, Leslie leads global growth initiatives and public messaging for the company, which achieved over $700M in revenue in 2022. Leslie also holds positions on the boards of Comscore, Inc., and Establishment Labs, as well as being an Impact Council Member at Fast Company. Previously, Leslie held significant roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Chief Marketing Officer and President of Chase Co-Brand Cards, and at Citi as Chief Marketing Officer for the Global Consumer Bank. In earlier positions at Bank of America and MBNA, Leslie built a solid foundation in direct marketing, analytics, and relationship management. Leslie earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Delaware.
