Paul Havinga

Paul Havinga has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Paul is currently serving as the CEO of Orchard Custom Beauty and Fasten - Innovative Beauty Packaging, where they lead the development and production of beauty products and packaging, respectively. Prior to this, Paul held positions as the Voorzitter RvC and Commissaris at AGU B.V., a cycling company known for its innovations and sustainability. Paul also served as a Commissaris at Bravilor Bonamat, a family-owned company specializing in coffee and espresso machines. Paul's previous roles include being the Voorzitter Raad van Advies at Van Benthem & Keulen, the Owner/Executive Director at HAAF Interim & Consultancy, and a member of the Raad van Toezicht at Alpe d'HuZes. In addition, they have held executive positions at HEMA, BCC Elektro-speciaalzaken BV, and Ahold, where they contributed to the expansion and operational strategies of these organizations.

Paul Havinga completed a leadership program at INSEAD in 2006. In 2008, they attended Cornell University for a program in Retail General Management. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Political & Social Cultural Sciences from the University of Amsterdam from 1995 to 1997. Paul achieved their Bachelor's Degree in Business from Nyenrode Business University in 1994 and also completed a Bachelor's Degree program at the University of Groningen in 1991.
