Bob Harden

Bob Harden has extensive experience in the chemical and construction industries. Bob is currently the President of Fastener Systems Inc, a position they took on in April 2022. Before that, they served as the Principal of RJH Associates LLC starting in September 2020. From September 2017 to December 2018, Bob worked as the Director of Special Projects at The Dow DuPont Company. Prior to that, they held various managerial and leadership roles at The Dow Chemical Company, including Commercial Director, General Manager, and Eastern Vice President of Sales.

Bob Harden earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing at the University of Minnesota, completing the program from 1989 to 1993.
