Tiberiu Iacomi

Tiberiu Iacomi is the founder of Trained Intuition, a training and coaching company established in September 2019, focused on supporting startups, accelerators, and investors in agility, scaling, and creating positive impacts. Since January 2021, Tiberiu has served as a startup mentor at FasterCapital, advising tech startup founders on various aspects of business development and fundraising. Tiberiu has extensive experience as a speaker, moderator, and judge at numerous events across the region, and has been mentoring in the Techstars ecosystem since 2015, providing insights on brand strategy and customer acquisition. Previous roles include Senior Brand Manager at Cinchona, Partnerships Manager at Badminton Europe, and Startup Coach at startAD, where Tiberiu guided entrepreneurs on various business strategies. Tiberiu's educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Conflict Resolution and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
