Evan Giancaterino

Evan is a Principal responsible for all aspects of the private equity investment process including origination, execution, and post-acquisition management.

Evan has over a decade of experience investing and serving on the boards of portfolio companies primarily in the Business Services, Technology, and Industrial sectors.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Evan worked for PAI Partners and Court Square Capital in New York. Evan began his private equity career at Investcorp where he spent six years focused on investments in a range of industries.

Evan graduated with a concentration in Finance, cum laude, from Georgetown University.
