Simon Wilson-Taylor

Simon Wilson-Taylor is a seasoned fintech executive with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, business development, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Principal at FastFin since January 2024, Simon leverages decades of expertise to assist banks, brokers, asset managers, exchanges, and vendors in bringing innovative ideas to fruition through rapid prototype development. As co-Founder and Principal of FICCit Inc, established in July 2020, Simon focuses on fintech start-up incubation and advisory services. Previous roles include co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at LoopFX, Head of EBS Institutional at CME Group, and Founder, President & CEO of Molten Markets Inc, where significant advancements in FX marketplaces were achieved. Simon has also held senior positions at UBS, State Street, Midland Montagu, Record Currency Management, and The Export Finance Company Limited, contributing to the development of ecommerce platforms and currency risk management solutions. Education includes studies at The Wharton School, King's College, Wimbledon, and Forest Grange School.
