Matthew Graham

Matthew Graham has a strong background in supply chain management and operations. Matthew is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at FastGrowingTrees.com, where they are responsible for managing all aspects of FC and nursery operations, inventory management, logistics, delivery, plant science, merchandising, and customer service. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Vice President of Supply Chain at Chewy, where they led the supply chain team and played a key role in scaling the supply chain from $2B to $8B in flow. Matthew also established and improved cost, performance, and customer experience metrics for inventory, transportation, and delivery. Before Chewy, Matthew held various senior roles at The Home Depot, where they led teams in inventory planning and replenishment, supply chain analytics, Supply Chain synchronization, and directed the development of the Supply Chain Synchronization concept. Matthew's early career includes experiences at SpaceWorks Engineering, Inc., Boeing Phantom Works, and NASA Glenn Research Center, where they gained valuable expertise in concept development and data management.

Matthew Graham attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering.
