Charie Yip is currently the HRBP Lead for Overseas Business at Fastlane, focusing on recruitment and employee relationship management across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. Prior to this role, Charie worked as an HRBP at SEI Robotics and as a Consultant specializing in the home appliance and IoT markets at Michael Page, where they achieved significant revenue milestones and built a robust client network. Charie's early experiences include internships in marketing and sales at Prudential plc, House of Eléonore, and CELINE, where they demonstrated strong project leadership and customer engagement skills.
