Paul Steinau

Paul Steinau is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in incident management and fraud risk management within prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Incident Management at Fastly since August 2022, Paul previously held the role of Director of Fraud Risk Management at Tipalti and was the Head of Global Incident Management for Trust & Safety at Google. Paul also contributed significantly at LinkedIn as the Director of Global Threat Prevention and later as the Director of Global Threat Response, focusing on various aspects of threat management. Prior experience includes serving as a Sr. Manager of Cyber Threat at the U.S. Secret Service and roles as a Detective and Police Officer with the Baltimore City Police Department. Paul holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Administration of Justice from Mercyhurst University.
