Sandra Escandor-O'Keefe has a diverse work experience in the field of security and software development. Sandra started their career as a Software Developer Intern at Research In Motion in 2008. Sandra then worked as a Design Engineer at Evertz in 2010, followed by a role as a Software Developer at Intel Security from 2011 to 2015.
In 2015, Sandra joined Verafin as a Software Developer, where they developed new features and fixes for data extraction processes. Sandra also took the initiative to spread software security awareness by starting a CTF team and leading discussions on security topics.
From 2016 to 2019, Sandra worked at Fastly, first as a Security Engineer and then as an Offensive Security Engineer.
