Chrystal Pettitt

Chrystal Pettitt, JM, CHC, currently serves as the Director of Compliance & Privacy Officer at FastMed Urgent Care since February 2025. Previously held the position of Senior Compliance Specialist at Ventra Health from July 2024 to February 2025, where responsibilities included managing compliance incidents and drafting compliance policies. Chrystal has extensive experience in compliance roles, having worked as a Compliance Professional at Health Systems Management, Inc. from April 2018 to July 2024, and as a Compliance Auditor at Novant Health Corporate Health from May 2012 to April 2018. Academic achievements include a Jurisprudence Master's in Health Law from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the NC School of the Arts. Additionally, Chrystal is a North Carolina State Certified Paralegal and has previous experience in legal assistance roles.
