Steve Squires

Steve Squires has a diverse work experience in various roles related to applications, business intelligence, and data management in the healthcare sector. Steve is currently the Director of IS Applications & Business Intelligence at FastMed Urgent Care. Prior to this, they worked at CareSpot as the Manager of Applications, where they led a team responsible for clinical, practice management, and business intelligence applications for over 100 urgent care locations in 9 states. Steve successfully completed a conversion project from DocuTap EMR to NextGen EMR for 52 urgent care locations. Before CareSpot, Steve worked at Community Health Systems as a Senior Business Analyst, managing projects and data reporting. Steve was also involved in HPM & HBI administration. Earlier in their career, at OSF HealthCare, they contributed to the implementation of HPM and HBI and was responsible for database management and reporting.

Steve Squires earned their Masters degree in Information Systems from American InterContinental University between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained an Associates degree in Information Technology from Carl Sandburg College. In addition to their academic qualifications, Steve Squires obtained the NextGen Certified Professional certification from NextGen Healthcare in January 2013.
