Hans Bikker

Hans Bikker has a rich and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hans currently holds the position of Head of Risk & Control at Fastned, where they have been since January 2022. Before this, they worked as the Manager of Risk & Control at the same company from August 2021 to January 2022.

Prior to their tenure at Fastned, Hans worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where they held various roles. Hans started as a Senior Operational Risk Manager in December 2017 and later became the Lead of the Information & Operational Risk Management framework in October 2020. Hans remained with ABN AMRO until August 2021.

Before joining ABN AMRO, Hans worked at De Nederlandsche Bank, where they held the position of Coordinator of Operationeel Risicomanagement DNB from November 2016 to November 2017. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Supervisor and Expert Oprisk and IT from May 2009 to November 2016.

Hans started their career at Protiviti Netherlands as a Senior Manager, focusing on Information (Risk) Management activities in the Netherlands. Hans worked in this role from August 2008 to May 2009.

From August 2003 to July 2008, Hans held the position of Audit Manager at ABN AMRO. In this role, they were responsible for various areas such as Risk and Finance of Group Functions and BU Netherlands. Hans also served as the global coordinator for Basel II related activities and communication towards the Dutch Central Bank. Additionally, they acted as the global SAP expert within Group Audit ABN AMRO and coordinated the SAP Competence Center.

Hans began their career in the consulting industry, working as a Senior Management Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they held a similar role at Ernst & Young from 1999 to 2001. Hans started their professional journey as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Capgemini from 1996 to 1999.

Hans Bikker has a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerciele Economie, which they obtained from HEAO Alkmaar in the years 1987 to 1991. Hans pursued further education and earned a Drs degree in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam between 1992 and 1995. In 2002 to 2003, Hans attended TIAS EDP Audit, where they obtained a RE degree in EDP Audit. Finally, Hans completed their education with a Master of Science degree in Risk Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015.
