Kamilia Marcisz

Kamilia Benkirane has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Kamilia currently serves as a Senior Expansion Manager at Fastned, a position they have held since 2023.

Prior to this, Kamilia worked at Shell for several years, starting in 2008. Kamilia'sroles at Shell included Global Electric Mobility and Energy Transition Program Manager, B2B Sales Manager Poland, Global Continuous Improvement Coach, and Marketing Manager CEE - Shell FuelSave Partner. In these roles, they were responsible for various tasks such as managing global teams, driving sales growth, overseeing process improvement projects, and supporting product development.

Before joining Shell, Kamilia had internships at Veolia Environmental Services, LOCATEL, and Air Liquide France. Kamilia also co-founded and served as an associate at Alter Case, a non-governmental organization promoting "double bottom-line" business models.

Throughout their career, Kamilia has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully implementing new initiatives, driving sales growth, and managing global projects. Kamilia is experienced in various aspects of business, including sales, marketing, process improvement, and finance.

Kamilia Benkirane's education history is as follows:

From 1994 to 2001, they attended Lycée Lyautey in Casablanca, where they completed their A-levels in the field of Science.

From 2001 to 2003, they attended Lycée Sainte-Geneviève, where they pursued a classe prépa in Economics.

From 2003 to 2007, they studied at HEC Paris and obtained a Master's degree in Management/Entrepreneurship.

From 2008 to 2011, they attended the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, where they obtained a Licence degree in Law.

In addition to their formal education, Kamilia Benkirane is currently pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification at Shell. Kamilia has also completed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification at Shell/Lean Six Sigma Academy.
