Wim-Jan Dannijs

Wim-Jan Dannijs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Their most recent role is as a Climate Project Backer at Wren, a Public Benefit Corporation focused on ending the climate crisis. Prior to that, they worked at Fastned as a Scrum Master and Developer. Wim-Jan also has experience in web development and product ownership at BuyBay. At Groupon Nederland, they held roles as a Project Developer Products Benelux and Partner Relationship Manager. Additionally, they served as the President of R.S.V.U. 'Okeanos', a successful rowing club in the Netherlands. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Head of Calamiteitendienst at Van Koppen & Van Eijk and as an Editor at Philips.

Wim-Jan Dannijs has a diverse education history. In 1999, they began their education at Ashram College, where they studied N&T until 2006. Wim-Jan then enrolled at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2007 to 2011, focusing on Science, Business, and Innovation.

In 2017, Dannijs attended Le Wagon, where they completed a program in FullStack Development, specifically in the field of Web Development. This program lasted for one year.

In addition to their formal education, Dannijs obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in February 2023.
