Ricky Duffield

Ricky Duffield is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the painting and construction industry, currently serving as Co-Owner and Operations Manager at SUNSTATE CONTRACTORS LLC since April 2016, where projects include residential and commercial remodeling across Florida. In addition to their construction role, Ricky has held positions as Captain of the M/V Sofia 1 and Tug boat Elisabeth, overseen operations at Faststream Recruitment Group, and served as Senior Pastor at Church on the Rock PSL, which Ricky co-founded in 2002. Ricky's previous leadership experience includes roles as VP of Operations at One Call Property Services Inc., Owner/Broker at Nationwide Realty Solutions, and Captain at SEACOR Holdings Inc. and Tidewater Marine. Ricky also contributed to the maritime industry as Senior Managing Director of Monterrey Shipping Company Ltd. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Biblical Studies from Freedom Seminary and has educational credentials from Nicholls State University and Chalmette High School.
