Michael Fradkin

Michael Fradkin is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as President of FastTrack Automated Solutions & Services for the Life and Disability Insurance Vertical since May 2022 and as Owner and President of Fradkin Benefits Consulting since April 2021, specializing in actuarial consulting and advisory services. Previously, Fradkin held significant leadership roles including Head of Group Products and Underwriting at Lincoln Financial Group, CFO and Chief Actuary at Guardian Life, and various senior positions at MetLife over a span of 24 years, where responsibilities encompassed product management, financial planning, and actuarial oversight. Fradkin earned a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Economics from Rutgers University.
