Christoph Aeschlimann

Christoph Aeschlimann serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Swisscom since February 2019, overseeing the operational management of the leading Swiss telecommunications provider and IT company with approximately 19,000 employees. In addition to this role, Christoph acts as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Fastweb, Italy’s major broadband service provider, and has previously contributed as a member of the Investment Committee for Swisscom Ventures and on the Board of Directors for cablex AG. Christoph's prior experience includes serving as CEO of ERNI Group, where a successful transformation to an international company was achieved, and various managerial positions with BSB, Odyssey Financial Technologies, Zühlke Engineering AG, and Odyssey Asset Management Systems. Christoph holds an MBA from McGill University, a Master's in Computer Engineering from EPFL, and completed a High Performance Leadership program at IMD in 2017.
