Chia-Horng Nelson Wong possesses extensive experience in the restaurant and franchise industry, currently serving as a Franchise Business Consultant and Senior Training Manager at FAT Brands Inc. since July 2020. Prior roles include Director of Operations, Area Manager, and General Manager at Yalla Mediterranean from August 2016 to July 2020.
