Yogesh Dave

Yogesh Dave serves as the National Director of Business Development at FAT Brands Inc. since October 2018, leading the development of multiple restaurant concepts. Concurrently, Yogesh holds the position of National Director of Franchise Development for Hurricane Sports Grill and Hurricane BTW since October 2016, focusing on growth and training within the United States. As a Franchisee and Co-brand Developer for Auntie Anne's, Inc. since 2014, along with co-founding EZ Market LLC and Mocha Town LLC, Yogesh has cultivated unique business ventures in convenience retail and food service. Previously, Yogesh was a Multi-Unit Franchisee and Development Agent for Subway from 1994 to 2016, managing extensive restaurant operations across a significant territory. Yogesh began a professional career at Schlumberger as a Senior Engineer and Research Scientist. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering.
