Samy Guerrero

Samy Guerrero has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry, with a focus on operations and management. Samy currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for Fat Tuesday, overseeing operations in the US Central and East regions. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Special Projects at Fat Tuesday. Before joining Fat Tuesday, Samy worked as the Senior Director of Operations at International Restaurant Management Group. Samy also worked as a Brand Success Manager at REEF and as a District Manager and Regional Restaurant Opening Lead at Ampler. Earlier in their career, Samy served as a Partner and COO at Leblon LLC-Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. Samy also held various positions at Restaurant Brands International, including Head of Business Operations, Senior Operations Manager, Manager of Franchise Performance, and Sales, Profit, and Operations Coach for Burger King. Samy's work experience also includes a role as a Licensed Insurance Agent at American Income Life Insurance Company.

From 2006 to 2010, Samy Guerrero attended the University of Mount Union, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Spanish. Additionally, they also undertook a minor in International Business and Education during their time at the university.
