Jessica Francis

Jessica Francis has over 20 years of work experience in HR and operations roles. Jessica is currently the VP of HR & Operations at Fate Therapeutics Inc, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to that, Jessica was the Senior Director of HR & Operations at Fate Therapeutics for over 12 years, from 2008 to January 2020. Jessica also has experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at IKARIA, Inc. from 2005 to 2007, as well as a Legal Administrative Coordinator at Immunex Corporation from 2000 to 2003.

Jessica Francis holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Sciences from the University of Utah.
