David Carmalt is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the debt capital markets and financial services sectors. As Co-Founder of SOLVER-AI LTD since May 2024, Carmalt previously served as Managing Director and Head of Financial Services at Sand Technologies, where a significant focus was on AI and ML solutions for the banking and insurance industries following the acquisition of ExploreAI in December 2023. Prior roles include Managing Director and Global Head of Debt Capital Markets at Lloyds Banking Group, as well as leadership positions at NatWest Markets, Bank of America, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
