Jackie Reeves-Alexander, mMBA, earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and furthered education with an Executive Mini-MBA in Organizational Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Women in Leadership from Cornell University. Currently serving as a Workforce Management Planning & Strategy Consultant at Boys Town since August 2022, prior experience includes roles as Director and Senior Manager of Workforce Management at Alorica from January 2014 to June 2022, and Manager of Workforce Management at West Corporation for 20 years, where responsibilities included leading teams to meet staffing requirements for a wide range of clients. Additionally, Jackie held positions as Scheduling Administration Manager and Staffing Analyst, contributing to expertise in workforce management strategies and scheduling functions.
