Jonathan Huefner

Jonathan Huefner currently serves as Co Director at the Institute for Quality Children's Services, where responsibilities include collaborating with state agency leaders to enhance service quality for children in out-of-home care. With a long-standing tenure as a Research Scientist at Boys Town, Jonathan develops and implements research studies related to treatment programs and communicates findings to diverse audiences. Prior experience includes leadership roles with the Association of Children's Residential Centers and membership in the Teaching Family Association's research committee. Jonathan's earlier career involved managing satisfaction research at Aetna Health Plans and teaching psychology at California State University, Bakersfield. Jonathan earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Social Psychology from Brigham Young University.
