N'Kayah Kersey

N'Kayah Kersey is an experienced professional in family services and crisis intervention, currently serving as an In-Home Family Services Supervisor at Boys Town since March 2018, with previous roles including In-Home Family Consultant and Supervisor of Intervention & Assessment. N'Kayah has instructed Common Sense Parenting courses for recently released felons and provided crisis-intervention tools to families in need. Prior experience includes working as a Crisis Counselor at the Victim Service Center of Central Florida and a Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida. N'Kayah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Delaware State University and a degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology from the University of Central Florida. Additional roles include Assistant Ticket Manager, where supervision of interns and financial reconciliations were key responsibilities, and a Summer Intern at the Superior Court of New Jersey, focusing on data management and client interviews.
