Craig Shield is an experienced software engineer and technology leader with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer for the Core Platform teams at Fathom since January 2021, Craig specializes in integrations with various accounting and backend support systems. Past roles include Technical Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Fathom, Owner and Software Engineer at Xynergistic Technologies, and Software Developer at Down Under Tours and AAT Kings. Craig also held significant positions such as Systems Innovation Manager and Director at Reservation Management Technologies, Manager of Technology & Strategy at Down Under Tours, and various roles at the Department of Child Safety and Transcom International, among others. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computing from Queensland University of Technology and a Prevocational Course in Business Studies from TAFE Queensland.
