Jacinta Vickers

Jacinta Vickers possesses extensive experience in customer support and account management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Support, Global at Fathom since March 2021. In addition to this leadership role, Jacinta has held positions as a Product Analyst, Customer Success Manager, and Customer Support Specialist at Fathom. Prior to joining Fathom, Jacinta worked at Qubik Accounting as a Customer Account Specialist from August 2020 to March 2021, and spent over eight years at Dealer Solutions, where the roles included Customer Experience Team Leader and Customer Service Specialist.
