Greg Lawson is a seasoned user experience professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior User Experience Consultant at Fathom Consulting since March 2012, Lawson specializes in enhancing customer experiences through user research, experience mapping, and usability testing. Previous roles include Contract User Experience Analyst at Capella University, User Interface Designer at ELCA Board of Pensions, and Information Architect at U.S. Bank, where Lawson collaborated with diverse teams to drive user-centered design initiatives. In addition to technical expertise, Lawson co-founded Banter Productions, contributing as a producer and playwright in the St. Paul area. Educational background includes a BA in English, Religion, and Philosophy from St. Olaf College and further studies at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary.
