Mary Kate Botzenhart

Mary Kate Botzenhart is the current Senior Project Manager at Fathom. Mary has over five years of experience in public relations and communications, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Fathom, Mary Kate was a Senior Account Executive at GCI Health, where they managed day-to-day client communications and public relations needs in the diabetes, oncology and medical device fields. During their time at GCI Health, Mary Kate developed communications materials such as press releases, Q&As, media pitches and social media plans surrounding data and product milestones. Mary also conducted media monitoring and generated daily client reports. In addition, Mary Kate mentored junior account employees to ensure further career development and timely project completion.

Before GCI Health, Mary Kate was an Account Executive at TogoRun, where they worked on a variety of accounts in the healthcare, technology and consumer industries. During their time at TogoRun, Mary Kate planned and executed successful media campaigns that generated positive media coverage for their clients.

Mary Kate began their career in public relations as an Assistant Account Executive at Herman & Almonte Public Relations, where they supported senior account executives on accounts in the healthcare, technology and non-profit industries.

Mary Kate is a graduate of Syracuse University.

Mary Kate Botzenhart received a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Kent State University. Mary also attended Gahanna Lincoln High School.

They are on a team with Jenna Chilinski - Senior Project Manager, Emily Wyatt - Senior Project Manager, and Danielle Allio - Project Manager. Their manager is Mara Aronson, Director, Project Management.
