Chad Biddix

Chad Biddix has a diverse professional background spanning multiple industries, including real estate, finance, and law enforcement. Currently serving as a member of The Biddix Team at Fathom Realty, LLC since July 2023, Chad previously held roles as an Insurance Broker at Biddix Financial Group and as a real estate broker at eXp Realty and Huffman Realty Group. Prior to their career in real estate, Chad worked in sales at Everett Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac and E-Z Way Auto Sales, along with experience in law enforcement as a police officer with both the Granite Falls Police Department and Burke County Sheriff's Office, where roles included supervisory and investigative responsibilities. Chad's educational qualifications include a Real Estate Broker License from J. Y. Monk Real Estate Training Center and certifications in Massage Therapy and Basic Law Enforcement Training.
