Donald (Don) Leonard has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as District Director at Fathom Realty since May 2020, focusing on recruitment, culture, and compliance in Texas. In addition to this role, Donald has been an instructor at Champions School of Real Estate since 2002, contributing to the education of numerous aspiring real estate professionals. Previously, Donald owned and operated Texas Star Realty Professionals, had roles as a Broker Associate in multiple companies, and served as a Managing Broker, emphasizing training and support for agents. With over 33 years in real estate and a passion for coaching, Donald has successfully guided many clients and agents in achieving their real estate goals.
