Mark Volak

Mark Volak, CSP, CMP, currently serves as a Real Estate Broker at Fathom Realty since February 2022. Previously, Mark held the position of Director of Acquisition Development at New Home Team from February 2017 to May 2022 and worked as a Real Estate Broker at eXp Realty from November 2018 to November 2021. Mark has also served as North Carolina Division President at Buller River Development Partners LP from September 2020 to August 2021 and as a Broker at Keller Williams from October 2015 to October 2018. Additional experience includes ownership and management of Compass Homes LLC and being a licensed real estate broker in Wisconsin and North Carolina with Compass Building & Realty LLC. Mark's background also features roles as CSO at FOB and Treasurer of the Lake Norman Home Builders Association. Education includes licenses and certifications from WRA School of Real Estate and NAHB University, as well as studies at the University of New Hampshire and Salem State University.
