Alex Cesarini

Alex Cesarini serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of Silicon Alley Solutions since January 2024, focusing on transforming tech recruitment and empowering growth. As an investor and co-founder of Sociale Fragrances since January 2020, Alex also acts as a technical and product advisor for Fathom, providing insights based on extensive experience. Previously, Alex held the position of Chief of Staff and Team Operations Manager at Jones Software from June 2021 to February 2024, where initiatives to enhance internal operations and employee experiences were led. Prior roles include Customer Success positions at OpenAsset and Simplifeye, agency recruiting for Atlantic Group, and operational and sales roles at Mercedes-Benz of White Plains and StudentCity.com. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources from Iona University.
