Mary Byrd is the Customer Success Lead at Fathom. Mary has over four years of experience in sales and customer success. Prior to joining Fathom, they were an Account Executive at UserVoice, where they were responsible for managing customer feedback and product decisions. Mary also worked as a Sales Development Representative and an Inbound Lead Generation Specialist at Align Technology. Mary has a proven track record of success in sales and customer success, and is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for Fathom's customers.

Mary Byrd has a B.A. in Political Science - International and a minor in Health, Medicine, and Human Values from North Carolina State University. Mary is certified in Winning by Design in Mastership in SaaS Sales and Prospecting.
