Ross Lerner is the Co-Founder and COO of OnRamp, a company dedicated to enhancing customer onboarding experiences since October 2019. In addition to this role, Ross serves as an advisor at Fathom. Ross completed an MBA at Harvard Business School from August 2018 to May 2020, following a Master of Science in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Previous professional experiences include positions as Director of Finance at Bombas, Finance Manager at VTS, Inc., and Analyst in the Private Equity Group at Goldman Sachs. Ross's early career includes internships at Polaris Venture Partners, Crimson Hexagon, and Gazelle, along with undergraduate studies culminating in a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brown University.
